I ordered a studio weight bar with locks to go with it. Paid by bank transfer. Big mistake. Company refused to admit they'd had the money even when my bank confirmed it had been sent to their account. As it was the only company who stocked the correct sized bar for my weights I stupidly ordered a replacement whilst waiting for my bank to resolve the 'lost' funds. Sport Thieme sent me the wrong bar and correct locks. They offered a refund as it would be too much to replace. They have just refunded me 44.50 from the order which totaled 63.57. Not surprised that they're not refunding me. Without a doubt, the WORST company I have ever ordered anything from (and I do a lot of online shopping). Order from somewhere else. This company is a total nightmare to deal with.
