I was recommended to Dan at Sports & SpinalPhysio about 18 months ago for treatment for a swollen achillies and half torn tendon in my foot. When I arrived I had virtually no movement in my foot at all and was in a considerable amount of pain. Now 18 months on, although it will never be perfect due to the injury, I now have complete movement of my foot and virtually pain free.
