I first visited Dan back in May of last year after being diagnosed with a prolapsed disc in my lower back via an MRI scan. After seeing many other types of specialist for almost a year and a half (physios, chiropractors etc etc) I was recommended Dan by my private health care doctor. It hasn’t been an easy journey by any imagination as I still thought seeing Dan would solve everything after a few sessions. Dan explained to me that this may be something that may never go but become more manageable in life and educated me rather than feeding me force hope. He firstly tried a couple months of home exercises which in fact we actually found aggravated my back. So Dan switched it up and got me back in the gym aiming to get me back to football in the long run but first running. I worked closely with Dan with what I was doing in the gym and he explained each session on why he was telling me to do these exercises. Eventually getting me into a running program just before Christmas. I would highly recommend Dan as he has a very high knowledge of these types of injuries aswell as providing good info and how to get back to doing what you love.
