My order was on 29th of December. When the order arrived one item was missing. I contact through mail with the customer service. They propose partial refund that off-course I rejected it because the missing item was way more expensive. They agree to resent the item on 15th of January. Since then 2 months passed and nothing arrived. They don't reply to emails anymore. Unacceptable service. I lost my money they lost many customers. Now that I'm reading others reviews I feel lucky that I got my order even If it was partial. This eshop does not worth customers trust.
