I ordered a pair of Airforce 1s from them online and was sent a faulty pair. When I asked from an exchange they informed me that they don’t do that and I’d have to make a plan myself. I went to the Vincent park branch and they were friendly enough. They kept promising to help me and week after week excuses kept coming up or the staff would forget. They found a pair for me and asked it to be sent and it was never sent or followed up. Another staff member has been helping me for 3 weeks now and I am yet to hear anything back. I have been dealing with them for over a month and keep getting pathetic excuses for the poor service delivery.
