I bought a phone from Sportscene Alex mall June, after 2 months of using it, it starts giving me problems, so I decide to return it back so they can either replace it or fix it. I’ve been going in and out of the shop trying to understand why I still don’t have my phone. I gave them an alternative number to contact me but even till this day, I still don’t have my phone and they do not even bother contacting me. I’m very disappointed at your service and lack of care. I have to travel all the way there just to check what’s the hold up!? Should I go as far as calling your head office? I still don’t have my phone.
