Purchased Converse shoes online in October as gift for daughter. Incorrect colour received (different to what was advertised online and different to the "receipt/invoice" from Bash. Only noticed the incorrect colour when I was wrapping the shoes for Christmas. Contacted Bash, and after several emails I was told that we have to go to store that supplies the shoe because it's outside the 30 days (note*this is Bash's error, I wasn't given any assistance with figuring out what store to go to and shoes are in the same condition as received - both haven't even been taken out the box AND I have my slips, proof of order etc). Once we figured out where to go exchange the shoes via me searching online, we arrived at the store only to be told that they don't stock the colour I ordered, despite it being advertised on Bash's website.
