well in all my 80 years ,for 65 of 'em iv'e never read a bad reference in my administrative positions, over that period of time ,so if you can handle constructive criticism here goes,some of your operators are on par with the bulk of the same standard of 95%of the operators on the phone TAB ,,unfortunately many in your group lack the required knowledge of the betting systems ,especially NRL & racing requirement e.g. boxing several horses in exactas & % of bet amount placed ,however if I appear to be nit picking there are other instances that have caused confusion ,without going into detail as some operators with an accent ,I feel are not aware of the oz jargon .Betting today is a joke compared to the past ,the odds are shocking considering on average 20% of faves rarely win on the 2 main programmes & one would have to be desperate to accept your offer of the 5 dollar bonus on a horse that has to break so many records to win the race ,let alone by a length ,what the bet should be is 10 dollars & if it doesn't run a place ,you can have a final fling on some other race of your choice ,anyway enough of my prattling on ,I only bet now as a hobby to keep an interest ,you would be shocked to know that I would punt a ''years ''salary on a horse in the 50's, numerous times 2 horses you may recall Tulloch & Todman ..cheers Bazz
