I am a long tern customer and have always been happy with them .If late however things have not been ideal.App keeps freezing,bets take long to get settled, account info at times is not available.It shows zero balance even when in credit.I placed a bet the race was at 13:15 on 20/10/18.It is 21/10/18 @13:00 and it hasn't been settled.I have been given the runaround. .very very poor.hence my very low rating
