Recently I began receiving an error when placing a bet on the horses. Selecting the Top Tote odds I'd get the message "Errors on your bet slip" and it would not accept my wager. Then I tried placing the same bet using the lower Fixed Odds - it accepted the bet. Called customer service and found "the brokers" had blocked my account from accessing the tote odds. No-one was available to explain why they had done this, I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. Googled the issue and found more instances of dodgy practices. There's plenty of other providers out there, bet with someone else.
