I'm writing this to inform you of your disgusting service and shop in leeds Today I took trousers back for a 99 pound refund as your call handler neil told me I could get cash as was paid cash. When I got there after 1 hour drive I was told by some pregnant female on staff I could not. I'm absolutely furious and neil told me hed get back to me and sort something out for fual and lying to me. Nothing has been done I'm out of pocket it's not a error or mistake its joke your staff dont have any idea what there doing wont be using u again put reviews out and will be sharing my experience on social media as well as getting legal advice to do a claim for costs and refund.
