The spotty otter jackets and dungarees are gifts for our grand twins whose birthday is next week, so cant comment on them or show a picture of them, but 18 months ago we bought identical ones of smaller size and they have been well used and been great, biut the boys have grown hence the larger size. There was a problem with our account and I couldn't change our address as we have moved. I was advised to order them to the wrong address and immediately on receipt of order confirmation, notify change of address. In the end that didn't work and I rang the order through. It all took quite a lot of time in something that should have been simple. I am graeful that the person taking my call has now been able to update my address
