I had no problem with them on my first win of $100 they processed my info and finally sent it to my bank and then i won $180 dollars and cashed out and it took them almost 3 weeks to process it to my bank but I finally got it ..and then this is where it all went sour..I won another 100 and cashed out 80 of it and kept 20 on my account so i could play games still and i hit a bonus round and won 18 dollars and as it was giving me the end of my bonus...the game froze up with an error come across the screen ...and so i tried almost every game just to see and the same thing on all of them ...i contacted and contacted about 15 times to customer service and told them the issue i was having and they kept giving me the run around and so now to get my 80 dollars sent to my bank ...they are wanting a copy of my bank card and my paypal card that i purchase money packs with from them for some reason..and it's not going to happen cause they already got all my info they need to give me my money I win.. ...now its been about 4 weeks and still havent got my 80 dollar winnings and the money i have on my account i cant play anything because they put errors on them.. so i suggest go to another site and play games cause this one the customer service is horrible ..
