Customer service is deplorable. Ordered two pair. One pair looked worn and were falling apart called customer service. They had me send pictures and sent me return shipping label to send the sandals back never received a refund. I called them four times and they said there would be no refund that those shoes. I told them to check the records. I contacted customer service the same day the shoes arrived, and sent pictures. They had the unmitigated nerve to send me an email that said they would give me 50% back gift card on the shoes and turned around and sent me another email that said no credit were sending you back the worn shoes. I spend 500-900 a year on there shoes no more.
