REVIEW OF MAZIE-NM NAVY MULTI SIZE 9 SHOE. Hello from a shoe lover! The Mazie shoe is my second L Artiste shoe purchase. It was purchased from QVC. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with a shoemaker that uses an inferior velcro in the place of a buckle. In my opinion, a quality leather Mary Jane should include a beautiful, self standing buckle and AND not a buckle glued onto a strap. To me, it's a way of saving a few dollars and an inferior manufacturing strategy. Other than the horrid buckle, in looking at the shoes, L'Artiste did not convince me that this pair of shoe is hand painted with attention to detail. The shoes are horrific and to me appear to be an inferior shoe made in China. Hopefully, QVC will take them back with little expense on my part to return them. The above said, I am a retired Insurance Professional, am not in the shoe manufacturing industry but am so disappointed with these inferior shoe that I simply had to express my thoughts on poor looking Mary Jane shoes as I was really looking forward to receiving a beautiful pair of shoes.
