Order came as advertised, on time. $38 DIY much better than $175 service call. And the ‘it’s raining men’ email announcement made my day. (you will see it reviewed in the near future on my marketing blog thearmchairmba.com.)
My only negative is that I screwed up the install of replacement springs/gaskets on a backflow mechanism and had to phone a friend- - troubleshooting on the instructions didn’t cover my situation.
Overall, excellent experience!
