Online chat support was extremely responsive and helpful. Order shipped quickly and arrived in tact. Only complaint was there was no padding inside the box and the items all shipped loose, the sprinklers weren't damaged just a bit scuffed up. Also, there was no manual included but was easily found online. Overall I am satisfied and would buy from SSS again.
