I received an immediate message concerning my order indicating the one of the items was backordered and asked if that was okay. I replied that it was and was then notified that it apparently was in stock and would be sent out. I really appreciated the correspondence so that if the need was urgent, then I could have looked elsewhere. Will definitely be using Sprinkler Supply Store again.
