We have had a contract with Sussex Alarms for 25Plus years and understand that they were brought out by Spy Alarms.
We had a problem with our keypad since before Christmas. I kept on ringing the company to be told I would get a call back shortly. Nobody ever called me back. We kept telling them that it was urgent as we could not always set our alarm so would not be covered by our Insurance company if we had a break-in.After many calls they sent out an engineer who looked at the pad and said its old & would cost £450-£500 to replace so we waited to hear when they could do this for us stressing how urgent this was & another 10 days went by and we still heard nothing .I rang again and at last got a wonderful girl called SARAH FOLEY. She was superb. I asked to speak to a manager in charge, SARAH said her manager was in a meeting & Sarah would call me back as soon as her manager came out of the meeting. Sarah discussed the problem with her manager. Called me back straight away. Booked for an engineer for 3 days later & the new keypad was fitted on the Friday at no charge because of the type of contract that we had. A BIG THANK YOU TO SARAH FOLEY the only person who acted quickly kept me informed and got it sorted.
