1/31/24 I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.
