The software does what it’s supposed to do, but I had some trouble activating my license at first. It wouldn’t recognize my activation key, and I had to reach out to customer support. They responded quickly and got it sorted out, which I appreciated. Once I got it up and running, the scan was easy to start and didn’t interfere with my other applications. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and my computer definitely feels more secure.
