Love the low pricing on the shoes I bought and the employee I spoke to was very down to earth, understanding and helpful! Unfortunately I can't remember his name but he was working two days ago and he should remember "Jake who ordered the turquoise Converses but had bank issues and had to call back". He was very helpful and made me very inclined to order from Prem again.
Only improvement I would make would be making a direct debit option because as straightforward as the ordering process over the phone was, I was worried about my phone bill.
