I have been to their Niagara On The Lake location a few times now and have never ever been disappointed. There are some bad reviews here yes but I have never had an issue with them. If anything they have been incredibly awesome. I guess the people with good experiences just arent leaving feedback. I have found some great incredibly hard to find releases from them and have ordered off their website quite a few times too. They also have amazing prices. YES you will have to wait for ones that are on Back Order but that is the chance you take, you just have to be patient. I ordered a Green Day album in one of my orders that they had in stock while the rest of my order of 5 albums were back order hard to find copies. They actually HELD the copy for the 5 months it took for a few of the others to come in. THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY MONEY FROM ME to hold it. I even offered because I didnt think it was right for them to no get paid for it, and I didnt want it to get sold; but they said it was okay and too just pay when the rest was in. That my friends is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You wont find that at Sunrise or any other record store. If you want a great deal and are willing to wait if they dont have it instock I highly recommend this store. Dont let the bad reviews scare you away because it is well worth the browse; you definitely wont be disappointed!!!!
