I recently received my box of goodies and have only tried one of the spice blends - Chipotle Cinnamon. Used it to season a Pork Tenderloin roast. Absolutely delicious. Much better than the usual salt and pepper. Can't wait to try the panko bread crumbs on chicken and fish. I love a little crunch in my meal.
