My oils, spices, and Lean & Green cookbook arrived looking like a "Happy Birthday" package! Each item was carefully wrapped in beautiful colored tissue paper. I made my first meal Hearty Veggie Frittata that very evening using the Roasted Garlic Oil and substitution chart for the Garlic & Spring Onion Seasoning. I'm excited to try more recipes soon from Stacey's cookbook!
