Stacey saved me from total frustration a year ago. My husband and I started the Optiva diet program, I was to make meals that were "Lean an Green". I'm 79years old and grew up on a dairy farm, That translates to lots of butter, milk, flour, eggs, beef and pork. SH spices and recipes helped me put great tasting meals, that were quick and John raves about the flavor and variety every night. It worked, I've lost 40#s and my husband lost 45#s.
