I ordered the L&G cookbook but not the spice blends because they are so expensive. Every recipe uses one or more of her spice blends. Online it says that they provide substitutions for her spice blends. BUT... the book doesn't provide ratios of the spices. And the book says that they used other spices plus what's listed. So you just have to guess and hope the flavor is OK.
Also the recipes are not printed in any order or category. Poorly done.
