i really like the roller so far. it's easy to use, not too painful (no numbing cream is needed), and can see that it makes my skin look plumper and smoother the morning after use. the results are minor, as it should be with a product that is safe enough to use at home. but i'm a big believer that long lasting changes come with small, consistent habits so will continue to incorporate this into my routine. customer service was also super nice and helpful when one of the refill roller heads broke after one use. overall an excellent experience so far.
