first she was reasonable and said that our options where to pay the £550 or cancel the booking for a refund. Bear in mind this is 2 weeks before so I asked to think about it. I called back a few hours later and asked for the refund she offered to be told ‘no’ pay the money by the end of the week or lose your booking. For the next couple of days she was coming out with all kinds of accusations even saying that she has been able to hack my sisters whatsapp and has seen what she’s been saying. Odd. Anyway we had to pay the £550 and the dealings with her were painful. Lots of promises that we had to chase up constantly, she never calls back and when she does she says the strangest things. Save yourselves the hassle and book direct with the venues!!
