Standart is amazing! I love everything about this book (magazine? It feels too substantial to call it a magazine even). This is my only source for coffee news. It makes you feel like coffee truly is something beyond just a morning beverage. Helps keep me connected with the farmers who work so hard to bring us the amazing coffee we drink each day and introduces me to new techniques, equipment, tasting methods, thought processes, perspectives on the hospitality industry, and so much more. I can't say enough great things and on top of it all it's an absolutely gorgeous piece of published work. Looks better than 99% of other publications out there.
