I like that each issue deals about coffee in a broader perspective. History of coffee, how it is grown, the social impact, economics etc. You even sometimes use coffee as en excuse to write about things completely unrelated to coffee, which I find interesting. I miss though technical articles about coffee making, not gear reviews, but techniques on how to prep different methods, how to train our taste, choose and buy our coffee, store it, etc. There are some article about this. I'd just like to see more of them. Thanks for the work.
