I knew it was to good to be true with making a same day appointment. The customer service rep took all of my personal information to inform that my insurance was indeed in network. The time of arrival, the associate informs me that my insurance was Not in network with this company. How is it possible to waste a person's time in high 5 o'clock traffic. Truly unacceptable! Never again
