If I could give them a 0 I would. The absolute worst! My son’s appointment was at 1. At 1:45pm he was told to come back at 2:15 due to the “technicians” not answering their calls. Excuse me? How does a technician not answer a phone call when people are waiting! I wouldn’t recommend this Optical to a dog!
