I bought a chair through staples online website. The chair arrived as a damaged items. I am trying to access the return option in the online account of staples but it is not working. I have been on their CS helpline phone number. No reply except music to hear. Very disappointed unable to process my refund before cooling off period. Does anyone know any remedy for this?
