I have found in this purchase that the wait time on a faulty part is way too long. Called an order for a part in on the 3rd of January and I am still waiting on the 12th for the part to arrive. In this day and age I find that 10 days is way to long to send a replacement part. Also the price of the faulty part is radically more when I ordered directly from your site that the price on Amazon for eg:. The person I spoke with at your call center was also extremely difficult to understand making it quite difficult to get the answers to the questions I asked. I love the product but your service and shipping department could use improvement.
