We made our first meal last night, the beef stew came our delicious in 35 minutes. The only thing we couldn't do was sear the meat, every time we pressed the chicken/meat button the display would beep continuously and would show The word LID, I started a chat with customer service online to see why this was happening and she said that was ok for LID to display ?? I don't think that it should do that since the infomercial and you tube videos didn't have that problem , anyway, I'll call customer support soon, but love it so far!
