I've enjoyed my new pressure cooker, but was disappointed with customer service. I had to order replacement gasket parts, and was informed that the Company chooses not to provide service to customers in the state of Alaska and Hawaii. I was transferred to three customer reps, and after 40 minutes on the phone I was asked to leave a call back number for a manager. Who never called back. I called customer service again, and was told the customer service representative does not have authority to help customers in Alaska and Hawaii. I offered to pay any difference in shipping costs, if any at all. So, I'm left with an inoperable cooker and very frustrated customer service experience.
