I ordered the 6 (six) quart, but received the 8 (eight) quart unit. Called customer service today, and will return the 8-quart and was told that the 6-quart unit will arrive in 7-10 days. Both times, when ordering and customer service, the workers were very kind and helpful, but the one I talked with when ordering was very adamant that I should order the 8-quart unit. Cooking for just myself, I certainly do not need an 8-quart unit, but received it anyway, even though all the paper-work states that I ordered the 6-quart. Was this HIS error, or someone else's -- I don't know. I appreciate the customer service worker who helped arrange the corrective action.
