think it's great, however, the person with whom I spoke, although pleasant, had so much territory to cover, it was very confusing. didn't know what I was agreeing to. realizing afterward how much was being spent, figured "no way". called to cancel. told already in progress of shipping, told to return and and noted I would receive full refund
