Well, I'll be Glad to write an excellent review as soon as it gets here and I can use it. I do have a 8 Quart cooker and I love it. I ordered the 10 Quart a couple of weeks ago and haven't seen it yet. Please let me know when I might see it. They really are great so get it to me so I can cook something good.....!
