I love using my XL pressure cooker, which our family has named "the Beast". I wish the cost
of the unit would not continuely go up in price. I have a 8 quart. My daughter has a 10 quart.
We would like to purchase another 8 quart for our son. However, it is now well over $100.
I use this cooker almost every day. Meat, vegetables, deserts, etc. It has made my working life so much easier.
