My initial order process was very smooth, however receiving the order and all the equipment that was a bit trying. I had to call three times and finally reached someone that fixed the order. But I have enjoyed my pressure cooker and the time savings to prepare a meal is wonderful. I actually tried it out at work with my peers at work and we enjoyed it tremendously. We were the envy of the other departments. It is certainly worth the investment.
