The pressure cooker itself is good, one of our children lost a part. I put in an order for a part at the Power Pressure Cooker website/actually had to call. They sent the part using my phone number as the address, not the actual address itself. They stated they'd return it when they received the part. Its been a month now, and i have no shipping info, and no part. I was on chat with an individual, and if there was another order number, he said no, then disconnected the session. I'm very dissatisfied. From a customer point of view, i should have to wait this long for a part, or go through this mush effort and waste my time.
