The pressure cooker does a really good job making food you have to be careful not to burn the food cuz if bottom gets very hot while it's waiting to build pressure. In the year that I've had this pressure cooker I've had to replace several parts because the quality of the build on this thing is lacking. And they seem to like to charge you every single time I'm starting to wonder if this was done intentionally too bad
