Thank you for this opportunity to be able to respond. The pressure cooker itself seems to be fine the complimentary frying pan also is fine. My problem is that when I contacted one of your representatives about returning the deep dish cooking pan: which I honestly do not remember ordering, she was unsympathetic and I would say even a little bit hostile when I had questions about procedures to return the deep dish pan. But she was quick to ask me questions like have I considered giving it away as a gift if I don't need it. Well I did not call for alternatives on how to handle The Unwanted pan. I needed to know what I could do to return the pan that I did not need. Unfortunately she left me feeling rather disappointed that I even did business with you. We did not have a happy resolution in my opinion I just simply concluded the phone call .again thank you for an opportunity to express myself concerning this matter.
