The cooker did not work out of the box, I have called the hotline several times and always get someone from India, so there are language issues. They all tell me it can only be two things, the lid seal is on wrong or not clean. The magnetic sensor is not making contact. They then tell me to twist the inner pot back and forth 6 to 10 times Each hotline tech ended by telling me to let it cool off, clean the lid again but never offered a replacement solution!
