I ordered my replacement parts 2 weeks ago. At that time I was told it would take 10 to 14 days to receive them. I Checked my order status today and it was marked on backorder for all 3 parts. I call customer service and was told that it would be another 30 days before delivery. I should have ordered from Amazon.
