It is a fabulous device! Our only problem from the start has been the sliding pressure valve inside of the cover. It keeps unscrewing and falling out. This time the nut that locks it to the underside of the lid moved out of position and although we can hear it moving around in the cover, we are not able to get it to move to the hole so that we can insert the valve back in. Your tech support staff couldn't help us, so we had to buy a replacement cover. It wrecked our plans for ST. Patrick's Day dinner.
