I received a grate that had been dropped and landed on the end where the gas controls are. They have given me the runaround for 7-8 months, maybe longer. Talked to so many different people including customer service. Sent pictures, emails, they refuse to resolve this. I want my money back, this is a gas electric starter fireplace. I wonder if the CEO of this company would use it???
