Have not built my outdoor fire pit yet but if their products are anything like their customer service, I’m not concerned. They helped me get exactly what we needed to build our fire pit and the products arrived in a timely manner. Their customer service rep even found us a discount. Really looking forward to sitting by our new fire pit once we get it built.
